INGREDIENTS:
1 pork tenderloin
1 pack bacon
1 tbs dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbs honey
pinch of salt and black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Season tenderloin with salt and pepper blend then cut tenderloin in half.
- In small bowl, mix together honey and dijon then spread over the tenderloin.
- Lay out 4 strips of bacon side by side then place tenderloin on bacon and wrap around securing each strip with a toothpick. Repeat for other half.
- Preheat air fryer to 360F.
- Cook at 360F for 15 minutes, flip tenderloin and cook for 10 to 15 minutes more until internal temperature reaches at least 145F.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
