TUPIG

CREDITS TO: Ate Karen & Ate Glenda


INGREDIENTS:

1 can coconut milk
1 bag of glutinous rice
1 bottle macapuno
1 cup of brown sugar

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Mix together in a bowl.
  2. Divide batter and pack in banana leaves.
  3. Preheat salad master electric skillet at 450F.
  4. Cook tupig each side of tupig for 20-25 minutes uncovered.
