INGREDIENTS:
1 lb pork cut into 1-2 inch cubes
1/2 cup Tamari or any soy sauce
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar or any vinegar
6-8 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1/2 tsp black peppercorns
1-2 bay leaves
1 lb chicken liver (optional)
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Place pork, tamari, apple cider vinegar, garlic, black peppercorns, bay leaves in the Instant Pot container.
- Add liver and mushrooms, if using.
- Cover and select the Meat/Stew setting or Manual mode at high pressure. Set for 30 minutes.
- After time is up, let the pressure release naturally.
- Serve warm with rice, diced fresh tomatoes or salted egg. Or even some kimchi.
This menu is gluten free which I found in Pinterest and it taste good for us. I did not put liver nor mushrooms as I don't have the ingredients but I put on potatoes after 30 minutes and added another 5 minutes time for it to be cook.
